Sustainable Use of Land
M Ranch, a key initiative under the Mastroianni Family Office, exemplifies our commitment to sustainable land management and community development. Located in the heart of Martin County, Florida, M Ranch spans 2,300 acres of prime agricultural land, dedicated to preserving Florida’s rich agricultural heritage while embracing modern, sustainable farming practices.
Founded and overseen by Anthony Mastroianni, M Ranch integrates innovative agricultural techniques with responsible land stewardship, ensuring the land remains productive and ecologically balanced for future generations. The ranch is not only a testament to the Mastroianni family's deep-rooted values of hard work, integrity, and community engagement but also a hub for educational initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable agriculture and environmental awareness.
Through M Ranch, the Mastroianni Family Office aims to foster a deeper connection between the community and the land, providing a living example of how sustainable practices can lead to both economic viability and environmental preservation. We are proud to contribute to the local economy by creating jobs, supporting local businesses, and engaging in philanthropic activities that enhance the wellbeing of the Martin County community.
The Big Picture: St Lucie Development Boom
St. Lucie County is a special community, a wonderful mix of urban and rural, with beautiful waterways and beaches, parks and open spaces, great schools, outstanding educational institutions and health facilities, and home to young families, working millennials, small business owners and entrepreneurs, empty nesters and active seniors.
Because of its reputation as one of the best places to live and work, St. Lucie County continues to grow at a rapid pace. New homes, new businesses, industrial development, and infrastructure to support a burgeoning population and economy are everywhere.
In a ten-mile radius of M Ranch in western St. Lucie, there are thousands of undeveloped acres. There are more than 40,000 homes and a variety of commercial developments already approved and in various stages of construction in St. Lucie County and the City of Port St. Lucie, along with two large FPL solar facilities.
The transformation of the Treasure Coast I-95 Jobs Corridor in the Tradition, Southern Grove and Wilson Grove areas is well underway. With all this activity comes the need for new roads, parks, and other supporting infrastructure. These projects all require quality fill (soil and aggregate materials) for homes, commercial sites, parks, stormwater, utility, and roadway improvement projects. M Ranch can help provide these materials in close proximity to where they are needed.
